GoodVibes Studio - Publishing Assistant (YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Meta – Fixed Price per Episode)
We’re hiring a content publishing assistant to help manage the release and distribution of pre-edited podcast content. You will not be responsible for video editing or scripting—your job is to upload, title, schedule, and distribute finished videos across platforms using pre-built templates, transcripts, and timelines. This is a fixed-price role, paid per episode. All content will be provided (1 full episode and 4 short-form reels). You'll be responsible for metadata entry, scheduling, tagging, and proper storage of deliverables. Responsibilities: – Upload full episode (16x9) to YouTube and Spotify for Podcasters – Use the Riverside transcript + ChatGPT to generate YouTube title, hashtags, and chapter markers – Schedule publishing times using our content calendar guidance – Upload 4 reels (9x16 vertical) to TikTok and Meta Business Suite (Instagram + Facebook) ↪Schedule reels across a staggered posting timeline to avoid feed saturation ↪Maintain visual diversity across the feed by alternating guests or brands – Upload all final reels to the guest’s Google Drive folder using a clean naming format – Tag guests on all platforms based on the handles provided – Use ChatGPT to draft one LinkedIn launch post for our Podcast Page and 1–4 teaser drafts for Dan’s personal profile (which he will post himself) – Notify Dan via Google Chat once publishing and scheduling is complete ===================== Tools You’ll Use: → YouTube Studio → Spotify for Podcasters → Google Drive → TikTok (desktop) → Meta Business Suite → Google Calendar → ChatGPT → Google Chat ===================== Fixed Price: $20 USD per episode (5 total assets published)
