Selling free money We’re hiring a commission-only Cold Caller to contact real estate investors, qualify them, and book Zoom calls with our closers. No hard closing. Just smart conversations that turn into booked calls — and big payouts. We’re not a call center. We’re a fast-moving funding firm backed by hedge capital and a Wall Street-style structure located on Wall Street. What you’ll do: ✅ Take Zoom calls with real estate investors (we book them) ✅ Follow our proven pitch structure to explain the Working Capital program ✅ Qualify: credit score, funding need, deal type, urgency ✅ Walk them through funding expectations and how to apply ✅ Pass funded deals to processing team and track in CRM You are the closer — the final voice before money hits their account. You’ll earn 1% commission on every funded deal. Example: Close a $100K deal → Earn $1,000 We’ve had reps close 3–5 deals/week = $3K–$5K/week potential
