Social Media Community Builder & Content Manager

We need a expert to build a community for our brand and marketing expertise. This person needs to be VERY familiar with how to connect with the athletic community (athletes 15-24) & parents of athletes. The purpose is to build a safe space for community, communication and shared events and experiences. We will be eventually launching a mobile app etc. to this community. This needs to be built in multiple countries for multiple sports. So multiple people (depending on experience, execution plan to accomplish these tasks, and hopefully a sports background (athlete or parent of an athlete).
