CRM integration
I am seeking an experienced CRM integrator to help customize and implement hubspot for my consulting business. Currently, I rely on Box for file storage, but I need a more structured system to manage client interactions, notes, and communications. Key Requirements: Custom CRM Implementation: Help me select and customize a hubspot CRM that fits my needs Client Interaction Management: Ability to log and track conversations with clients, including detailed notes and uploaded files. File Storage & Organization: Integration with Box (or an alternative solution) to keep client documents and records organized within the CRM. Automated Email & SMS Follow-Ups: Create templates for follow-up emails and text messages that can be sent directly from the CRM. User-Friendly Interface: A simple and intuitive dashboard where I can easily manage client records and communications. Integration Capabilities: Ability to integrate with email, calendar, and other tools I use. Ideal Candidate:Experience with CRM customization and implementation. Familiar with integrations such as Box, email, and SMS platforms. Strong communication skills to ensure the system is set up according to my needs. Ability to provide training or documentation for ongoing use. If you have experience setting up CRMs for consultants or service-based businesses and can create a streamlined, organized system for managing client relationships, I’d love to hear from you. I would also like to see deal flow. I have two businesses I would like to utilize for this crm. both are set up very simular.
