Salesforce Admin for Custom Salesforce Org for Financial Services Company

We’re seeking a Salesforce consultant with proven expertise in CRM architecture and configuration for the insurance industry. This is a highly customized Salesforce Org, and we need someone skilled in mapping complex sales processes using custom objects, field relationships, and tailored automation. As an insurance brokerage, we’re continuing to enhance our Salesforce environment and need support with feature development, third-party app integrations, dialer setup, and more. A deep understanding of insurance-specific workflows—such as policy lifecycle management, quoting, and pipeline tracking—is essential. We value speed, clarity, and proactive problem-solving. You should be able to execute efficiently and communicate clearly with our internal team. Experience with MCAE + Veruna setup and integration, as well as previous work on insurance-focused Salesforce projects, is required.
