Create Visual Assets for Marketing of Outfit Formulas App

Design & Illustration Scope - Outfit Formulas Outfit Formulas is a revolutionary style app that provides women with a Wardrobe Strategy System that makes getting dressed easy. We’re creating a modular design and illustration library to support our email marketing, in-app messaging, and paid advertising. Objectives -Create an adaptable visual system to support email automations, seasonal promos, and community-driven content. -Design assets that pair well with live photography (of members, outfits, etc.). -Ensure assets are modular and reusable across formats (email headers, icons, social cards, app visuals, etc.). -Bring warmth, personality, and clarity to user communications. Deliverables -Visual assets to be provided in layered .PSD or .AI files + web-ready PNGs/SVGs + basic usage guide. Backgrounds, Frames & Overlays We need a set of versatile design elements that can be used to enhance both illustrated and photo-based content in our emails. These should align with the Outfit Formulas brand aesthetic and work across a variety of campaign types. Deliverables include: Hero Backgrounds: Lightly textured or illustrated backgrounds (full-width) for email headers. These will sit behind text, outfit illustrations, or photos. Think: soft gradients, wardrobe-inspired patterns, abstract style elements. Frames & Overlays for Photos: Decorative elements to wrap or accent user-submitted photos and model shots. These could include borders, highlight shapes, subtle shadows, or stickers that visually unify user-generated content with the rest of the brand visuals. Pattern Accents & Decorative Elements Small modular design flourishes that can frame content, highlight CTAs, or break up sections in email layouts. Illustrated Outfit Formulas & System Concepts We need a set of custom illustrations that visually communicate the core of what Outfit Formulas is: a mix-and-match wardrobe strategy system. Key needs: -Illustrated Outfit Combinations: Modular “formula” visuals (e.g., jeans + boots + cardigan) that can be reused and rearranged. These should be stylized, not too literal — think modern, clean, and brand-aligned. -Seasonal Variants: Versions that can reflect different seasonal styles without being overly specific — layering, color palette shifts, etc. -Calendar Integration: Illustrations or supporting visuals that help tie outfits to a calendar-based concept (icons, markers, styling cues). -Animated Loops: Light animations that show a transformation or outfit assembly moment. The goal is to make the wardrobe strategy feel fun, visual, and intuitive — while giving us a set of building blocks we can use across campaigns and education touchpoints. Icon Set (20–30) A broad, reusable set of icons to cover: Wardrobe items (e.g., shoes, jackets, handbags) Calendar & streaks Weather cues Style tips Community & feedback Rewards / achievements Animated Assets (3–5 short loops or frames) Light animation examples for: Outfit reveal transitions Challenge progress App actions (like “check your calendar”) Success Criteria Assets match brand tone (approachable, stylish, practical) Reusable across formats Clear communication of outfit-related info Easy to integrate with email and app templates
