Zoho Implementation Specialist with Focus on Training, Documentation & Adoption
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to complete the full implementation of several Zoho apps across our organization, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. The role will also heavily emphasize creating training programs documented in Zoho Learn, including video instructions to guarantee successful user adoption. The success of this role hinges on the ability to meet deadlines and milestones, ensuring the project stays on track and delivers results on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho apps and a strong focus on training and post-implementation support. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by ensuring seamless adoption across teams. Responsibilities: Lead the full implementation of the following Zoho apps: Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Campaigns Zoho CRM Zoho Projects Zoho Books Zoho FSM Zoho Marketing Automation Zoho Cliq (to replace Slack) Integrate Bill.com Work with various teams to customize these applications to meet specific business needs. Develop and implement milestones and deadlines for each phase of the implementation, ensuring everything is completed on time. Monitor progress closely to ensure that all milestones are met and adjustments are made as needed to keep the project on track. Develop a training program for each Zoho app, ensuring all users (technical and non-technical) are fully trained and able to use the system effectively. Create detailed training documentation and video tutorials using Zoho Learn, making training resources easily accessible. Conduct live interactive training sessions (virtual or in-person) and ensure that training is aligned with deadlines. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting after implementation to ensure smooth adoption of the tools. Regularly check in with teams post-implementation to ensure tools are being used efficiently and provide additional training where needed. Requirements: Proven experience implementing and managing Zoho apps, including People, Recruit, Campaigns, CRM, Projects, Books, FSM, Marketing Automation, and Cliq. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and milestones, with a strong focus on staying on schedule. Ability to create and deliver comprehensive training materials, including video tutorials and documentation within Zoho Learn. Project management experience to handle scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource allocation. Excellent communication skills to train users and simplify complex systems for all departments. Post-implementation support experience to ensure effective system adoption and user confidence. Preferred Qualifications: Zoho certifications or in-depth knowledge of Zoho best practices. Experience transitioning teams from Slack to Zoho Cliq and managing the integration process. Ability to manage complex integrations and systems coordination. Experience creating video-based training for enterprise applications.
