Business Development / Partnership Manager

We’re looking for an Influencer Partnership Specialist to help grow Srama, our calorie deficit tracking app, by securing partnerships with top influencers in the nutrition and fitness space. Your main focus will be identifying, reaching out to, and negotiating deals with influencers (500K+ Instagram followers) to promote Srama on a revenue-sharing basis. These influencers will act as Sponsored Athletes for our brand, authentically sharing our app with their audiences. What You’ll Be Doing: - Reaching out to a curated list of influencers (we’ll provide a shortlist to start) and expanding the list as needed - Negotiating and closing revenue-sharing partnerships with influencers - Onboarding influencers and ensuring they effectively promote Srama - Managing relationships with signed influencers to maximize engagement - Tracking campaign performance and ensuring successful promotions Ideal Candidate: - Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management - Strong negotiation and communication skills - A solid understanding of the nutrition and fitness space - Ability to identify and pitch the right influencers for Srama - Experience structuring performance-based (rev share) influencer deals - If you have a proven track record of securing influencer partnerships and know how to sell a brand vision, we’d love to hear from you! Please include examples of influencer deals you’ve worked on before.
