Wordpress Membership Site
We are seeking a skilled web developer and membership site creator to create a visually stunning and functional website for aduckstherapist.com. The site is currently built in squarespace, but are looking to change to wordpress with the Memberpress plugin. The site serves as a hub for mental health resources, featuring a mix of free and exclusive content, a membership system, and newsletter integration. The ideal candidate is proficient in modern web development technologies, has experience with membership platforms, and can deliver a user-friendly, responsive design that we can edit moving forward - we do not want a fully custom site, but rather one we can manage on our own. Project Scope: Website Design & Development: Build a beautiful, responsive website with a clean, professional, and approachable aesthetic. Ensure mobile and desktop compatibility with seamless navigation. Incorporate branding elements for A Ducks Therapist (to be provided or collaboratively developed). Design is very important to us. Free Resources Section: Create an organized, categorized library of free mental health resources (e.g., articles, worksheets, videos). Implement a searchable and filterable interface for easy access. Membership System: Develop a subscription-based membership area for exclusive resources (e.g., premium content, tools, or courses). Integrate a secure payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) - or through the software we choose together. Newsletter Integration: Integrate a newsletter sign-up form with a service like Mailchimp or ConvertKit. - Current newsletter is on sqaurespace. Additional Features: Basic SEO optimization to improve discoverability. Blog section for regular updates and articles. Admin dashboard for easy content management (e.g., via WordPress or a custom CMS). - Need to be able to publish content to the free and paid sections easily and in an organized fashion.
