Video Editor for Ongoing Real Estate Projects (Must Be U.S.-Based – Southeast Preferred)
About Us: We’re the Chelsea Phillips Group, a real estate team based in Savannah, GA. A big part of our marketing strategy is storytelling through video—especially client testimonials and interview-style content. We’re looking to find the right video editor to partner with long-term as we grow. What We’re Looking For: This isn’t just about basic cuts—we’re looking for someone who brings creative ideas and polish to the table. Someone who can help shape these stories visually and make them feel thoughtful, engaging, and on-brand. Most of our videos are 3–5 minute testimonial-style pieces, and we’ll often provide Loom walkthroughs and direction on each. We’re putting extra effort upfront into this search because we want to find a reliable partner—not someone who bounces between projects or subcontractors. Communication and consistency matter to us as much as the final product. Ideal Candidate: ✅ Located in the U.S. — preferably GA, FL, SC, AL, TN, or nearby states (we are specifically not looking for overseas subcontractors posing as U.S.-based). ✅ Comfortable with testimonials, interviews, and similar real estate marketing content. ✅ Willing to communicate clearly, follow directions, and engage professionally (no AI-generated responses, copy-paste replies, or short/irritable communication). ✅ Interested in a long-term working relationship and willing to start with a paid test project.
