Social Media Content Creator – Luxury Jewelry Brand (San Diego-based)
Are you a creative powerhouse who loves fine jewelry, understands luxury branding, and knows how to stop the scroll? We are a trusted and family-owned fine jewelry business in San Diego seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to shoot and create content for our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. This role requires someone based in San Diego who can regularly visit our Sorrento Valley showroom to film, photograph, and produce beautiful, on-brand content. What You’ll Do: - Visit our store weekly (or biweekly) to capture fresh content of our jewelry, behind-the-scenes moments, and store events - Create engaging video and photo content optimized for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and grid posts - Style and shoot jewelry in a luxury aesthetic — both on models and product flat lays - Develop content calendars and help brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with seasonal promotions and product launches - Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure brand tone, voice, and visuals are consistent - Stay ahead of social media trends and creatively apply them to our content What We’re Looking For: - Must be based in San Diego and comfortable working on-site at our showroom - Proven experience creating content for luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry brands - Strong visual eye and understanding of lighting, composition, and jewelry styling - Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and storytelling through short-form video - Ability to shoot and edit using a smartphone or professional camera setup - Organized, self-motivated, and highly creative Bonus Points For: - Experience working with jewelry or luxury retail - Knowledge of trending audio and creative transitions for Reels/TikTok - Basic graphic design (for captions or in-feed text overlays) Why Work With Us: We have been crafting timeless pieces since 1961.
