Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-caliber email copywriter to help us connect with business owners. Your job is to craft concise, engaging, and credible email sequences that get responses. You’ll be writing to entrepreneurs, often multi-decade operators, about potentially selling their company or exploring partnership opportunities with our clients. What You'll Do: Write cold outreach emails for company owners across a range of industries Tailor messaging based on business context, sector, and ownership structure Digest research notes and CRM data to personalize outreach Develop multi-step email sequences (initial message + smart follow-ups) Continuously test and refine messaging for tone, clarity, and conversion What We’re Looking For: A sharp, business-savvy writer who understands nuance and tone Experience writing B2B cold emails or sales copy (M&A, private equity, or high-end consulting a plus) Strong attention to detail — you’ll need to get names, locations, and company facts right Ability to synthesize research into 2-3 crisp sentences that hook a reader Comfortable writing in a voice that’s credible, respectful, and occasionally playful Nice to Have: Background in finance, private equity, or B2B marketing Familiarity with CRMs and email automation tools Experience working with boutique agencies or high-growth firms
