Purpose of the Role: With growing demands across product development, publishing, and outreach, I need dedicated support to ensure the brand’s voice is consistently represented online. The ideal assistant will help: Set up and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) Create and schedule content that reflects our vibrant, inclusive aesthetic Develop a content calendar aligned with book launches, promotions, and community engagement Build and grow our online community through consistent posting and interaction Support basic email marketing and promotional strategies Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for growth Immediate Priorities: Launch branded social media accounts with visually cohesive layouts Create reels, posts, and stories to promote upcoming book releases Assist in designing content to highlight featured illustrations, behind-the-scenes looks, and coloring inspiration Build awareness of the brand and drive traffic to our online storefront and Amazon KDP listings Plan and support digital promotions, giveaways, and collaborations Why This Is a Crucial Investment: As a creative entrepreneur, my time is best spent designing and publishing content.
