About Welcome Homes: Welcome Homes is a technology-powered homebuilding company on a mission to make building a new home as simple as buying one. Our platform streamlines the custom homebuilding process, making it faster, more transparent, and fully online. We're building the future of residential real estate—and looking for storytellers to help us bring that vision to life. The Role: We’re seeking a talented Copywriter to refresh our website and initial customer email touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of Welcome Homes What You’ll Do: Edit and refine existing content to improve clarity, tone, and effectiveness Maintain and evolve our brand voice and tone across content types What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (marketing, product, email, etc.) Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail Ability to adapt tone and style across different formats and audiences Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A collaborative mindset with comfort working across teams Nice to Have: Experience writing for tech, real estate, or home design brands Familiarity with SEO and content strategy Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
