Virtual Executive Assistant for Nonprofit Consultant (Part-Time, Remote)

I’m a solo consultant working with nonprofit organizations on grant writing, fundraising strategy, and program development. I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support client communications, task tracking, and document management. This role starts at 5 hours per week, with the potential to grow. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Triage client emails and flag/respond to time-sensitive items - Draft and send monthly invoices - Track proposal/report deadlines and send reminders to clients - Manage calendar - Schedule meetings and confirm logistics - Format Word documents and prepare PDFs - Upload files and finalize attachments - Maintain Trello boards for tracking deliverables Bonus skills (not required, but potential for more hours): - Nonprofit or grant writing experience - Marketing support (email platforms, social content scheduling, basic design) This role is ideal for someone who: - Has experience supporting consultants, freelancers, or executive teams - Communicates clearly and reliably - Can follow instructions with attention to detail but also take initiative - Is organized, tech-comfortable, and likes building or refining systems
