Our entrepreneurship track is inspired by the uniquely American approach to innovation: bold experimentation, user-first thinking, building without permission, and turning ideas into scalable ventures. We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the creation of our entrepreneurship learning track. This role is central to helping learners—many from underrepresented or under-resourced contexts—understand what it means to think like a founder, act like a builder, and lead with ideas, not pedigree. This is not a traditional business curriculum. This is real-world, project-based entrepreneurship education rooted in creativity, iteration, risk-taking, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities Design and structure hybrid learning programs focused on American-style entrepreneurship, innovation, and business leadership Create content that teaches learners how to launch real projects—from MVP to pitch, from testing to iteration Develop modules around user research, problem validation, product-market fit, growth strategy, storytelling, and pitching Collaborate with product managers, startup mentors, and media teams to deliver dynamic, interactive content Build templates and assignments for capstone projects where learners build ventures from the ground up Integrate real case studies, founder interviews, and frameworks used in U.S.-based accelerators and startup studios Ensure instructional design reflects entrepreneurial thinking: fast, lean, and user-first Mentor and lead junior learning designers or subject matter contributors assigned to the entrepreneurship track Document all work clearly in collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and contribute to a streamlined content production pipeline Contribute to learner evaluation rubrics, feedback loops, and iterative content improvement based on real-world use Qualifications 5+ years of instructional design experience, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, business, or innovation education Deep familiarity with American entrepreneurial models—lean startup, design thinking, no-code prototyping, customer discovery, and venture storytelling Proven success designing project-based or experiential learning content Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and content Experience developing hybrid courses that balance synchronous and asynchronous components Familiarity with startup ecosystems or experience mentoring/teaching founders is a strong plus Ability to structure content to empower learners to build confidently—without waiting for permission Experience documenting work through collaborative platforms (JIRA, LMS tools, Confluence, etc.) Who You Are You are a builder who teaches others how to build. You believe that entrepreneurship is not about having money or connections—it is about seeing clearly, starting small, and testing fast. You want to teach learners how to find opportunity in their own backyard, validate their ideas, and move forward with confidence. You understand that American entrepreneurship is more than a playbook—it is a mindset. You are excited to translate that mindset into a transformative learning experience that empowers the next generation of creators and innovators. How to Apply Please submit: Your résumé or CV A short note about why this mission excites you and how you approach entrepreneurship education A sample project, module, or portfolio that shows your instructional design work in this space Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage early submissions. This is a unique opportunity to build something that helps learners not just start businesses—but step into bold new versions of themselves.
