CA Litigation Ghostwriter for Complaint & Strategy – Malpractice, Defamation, & Fraud (Pro Se)
I'm a California-licensed transactional attorney representing myself pro se in a complex civil case involving legal malpractice, defamation, fraud, and related claims against a former family law attorney and her firm. I’m seeking a California litigation ghostwriter to assist with: Phase 1 (Immediate): 1. Review and revise my draft complaint (~35 pages) 2. Sharpen legal framing of malpractice, defamation (libel per se), breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, UCL violations, and breach of contract 3. Tailor the prayer for relief and damages analysis 4. Confirm strategic sequencing and preserve claims for potential Doe defendants or further amendment Phase 2 (Optional, Ongoing): 1. Behind-the-scenes coaching on motion work (e.g., responding to demurrer or motion to compel arbitration) 2. Strategy input for meet-and-confer correspondence or discovery 3. Tactical review of any response from opposing counsel 4. Selective drafting (e.g., declarations, oppositions, discovery requests) What I’m NOT looking for: Court appearances or formal representation Full-scope litigation support A firm trying to upsell traditional hourly counsel services This is limited-scope assistance.
