Construct Winning Bid Package for Commercial Project in Lowell MA: RFP
Description: I'm looking for an experienced construction or proposal consultant to help me develop a compelling, professional bid package in response to a commercial project Request for Proposal (RFP). This project is located in Lowell, MA. I have access to the full RFP documents, bid form, architectural plans, and submission instructions. I need assistance compiling, formatting, and strengthening the full bid package for submission. This includes: Scope of Work: Carefully reviewing the provided RFP and project documents Assisting in completing the bid form with accurate and competitive figures Developing a trade-by-trade cost breakdown sheet Drafting or reviewing required narrative content (e.g., staffing plan, project schedule, bid qualifications) Helping compile the list of subcontractors and hourly labor rates Ensuring full compliance with submission requirements and formatting Advising on optional alternates and simultaneous savings proposals Structuring the final package for professional presentation Ideal Contractor: Proven experience with construction proposals and RFP responses Familiar with Massachusetts construction requirements and documentation standards Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction terminology Ability to work collaboratively and meet a tight deadline Deliverables: Fully completed and formatted bid package (in PDF and Word/Excel format) Clear supporting documentation (breakdowns, assumptions, subcontractors, etc.) Guidance on strategy, pricing, and presentation for highest chances of winning Timeline: I’m looking to start immediately and submit the proposal before the due date listed in the RFP.
