We’re building a movement, not just a program, and we’re looking for passionate, skilled health coaches to join us on this journey. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking freelance health coaches with expertise in one of the following areas: Sleep & Recovery Exercise & Movement Nutrition & Metabolic Health This is a freelance-to-hire opportunity, meaning we’ll start with a flexible freelance arrangement and, if it’s a great fit, transition to a long-term role. What You’ll Do As a YouthEffect Health Coach, you’ll: Work 1:1 with clients to guide them through personalized, science-backed protocols. Provide actionable, habit-based coaching tailored to each client’s unique needs. Collaborate with our team to refine and improve our 90-day transformation system. Track client progress and provide accountability, encouragement, and expert advice. Contribute to content creation: Develop educational materials, blog posts, and short-form videos to support your area of expertise. Participate in team discussions to align coaching strategies with our brand vision. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for coaches who are: Experts in their field: You have certifications and/or degrees in sleep science, exercise physiology, nutrition, or related fields. Experienced: You have at least 5 years of coaching experience (freelance, part-time, or full-time). Passionate about transformation: You’re driven to help people achieve lasting change in their health and energy. Science-backed and results-oriented: You use evidence-based methods and focus on measurable outcomes. Empathetic communicators: You know how to connect with clients, build trust, and inspire action. Content creators: You’re comfortable creating educational content (e.g., blog posts, videos, or social media content) to share your expertise. Flexible and adaptable: You’re comfortable working in a startup environment where things evolve quickly. Qualifications For Sleep Coaches: Certification in sleep science, behavioral sleep medicine, or related fields (e.g., Spencer Institute, CBT-I certification). For Exercise Coaches: Certification from NASM, ACE, CSCS, or similar. For Nutrition Coaches: Certification from Precision Nutrition, IFNA, or as a Registered Dietitian. 5+ years of coaching experience. Strong understanding of habit formation and behavior change principles. Experience with remote coaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Typeform, Airtable) is a plus. Experience creating content for blogs, social media, or educational platforms is highly desirable. Why Join YouthEffect?
