The Town of Antrim seeks an experienced copywriter to refine and finalize the written content for its Master Plan, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and engagement for a broad audience. This long-term planning document outlines Antrim’s vision for growth, development, land use, zoning, infrastructure, economic development, and conservation efforts. Project Scope The selected copywriter will: • Develop clear, concise, and engaging content based on the draft Master Plan provided by the Town. • Ensure technical accuracy while maintaining accessibility for the general public. • Establish a consistent, professional, yet engaging tone throughout the document. • Condense the final document to 20 pages or fewer, ensuring all critical sections are covered. • Improve structure, flow, and logical organization for better readability. Deliverables • A polished, formatted Master Plan document (20 pages or fewer) that effectively conveys Antrim’s vision and strategies. • One round of revisions based on feedback from the Town Planning Board.
