Commission-Based Sales Closer for High-Ticket Video Production Agency
We are a high-level video production agency with top-tier talent, including DPs, directors, creative directors and producers. Our team has the skills to produce commercials, branded content, and corporate videos at the highest level. We’re looking for a commission-based sales closer who can secure high-paying clients ($20K+ projects) and help us grow. FULL DISCLAIMER: This role is primarily commission-based (15-20% per closed deal). The hourly rate is a placeholder for Upwork’s system, but earnings will be based on successful sales. Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with brands, agencies, and businesses that need premium video production. - Pitch and close high-ticket deals with CMOs, marketing directors, and decision-makers. - Develop relationships with potential clients to generate repeat business. - Work closely with our team to align sales efforts with our production capabilities. Requirements: - Proven experience in high-ticket sales ($10K+ deals) in video production, marketing, or creative services. - Strong existing network or ability to build relationships with high-budget clients. - Confident, persuasive communicator with a track record of closing deals. - Ability to work on a commission basis (15-20% per closed deal). - Familiarity with sales strategies for creative services is a plus.
