Research & Implement Online Community and Education Platform
Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for: Researching & Evaluating Platforms • Analyzing the best online community and education platforms available. • Comparing features, scalability, security, and integration with NeuX’s existing or planned technology stack. • Identifying platforms that support interactive learning, live tutorials, member forums, and exclusive content access. Recommending the Best Solution • Presenting a detailed report on pros, cons, and cost-benefit analysis of the top platform choices. • Ensuring the platform can support future scalability, including a phased launch for members, prospects, clinicians, trainers and athletes. Implementation & Setup Assistance • Assisting in technical setup, customization, and integration of the selected platform. • Setting up content libraries, community guidelines, discussion forums, and member access controls. • Advising on privacy, security, and compliance best practices. Best Practices & Training • Defining best practices for engagement, moderation, and content organization. • Training internal staff and administrators on platform management. • Helping establish a robust interactive learning experience. Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in online community and education platform research & implementation. • Expertise in community-building strategies, engagement models, and content delivery. • Strong knowledge of platform features like forums, live events, member management, subscription programs and analytics. • Experience working with health tech, fitness, or medical device companies is a plus.
