Bathroom split: creating en suite + powder room Structural Drawings needed
I'm seeking a structural engineer for a bathroom renovation project that requires professional drawings. I'm converting one large bathroom into two spaces - an en suite bathroom and a hallway powder room. I have detailed designs with precise measurements of the proposed new layout that I made myself. The city requires structural details for the new wall I'm adding, including blocking specifications for fixtures (towel bars, toilet paper holders, etc.). I have the original blueprints from an addition 20 years ago, which are engineer-stamped and should provide useful reference. Services needed: -Structural drawings for the new wall -Drawings that meet local building code requirements for SOUTH PASADENA, CA Please provide a quote including: -Estimated hours to complete -Number of revisions included -Timeline for completion Attached are my OG blueprints, my design of the current AS BUILT and my new design, which minimizes the amount of demo and new plumbing needed. As you can see I'm very detail oriented and have given this a lot of thought.
