Description: 1. Overview of potential additions/changes we can make to existing structures (primarily in terms of number of and layout of existing units) 2. Assessment of our ability to add new structures to existing plots of land 3. Can explain property rights and zoning restrictions for certain properties Specific Outputs 1. Reports detailing how many new units (commercial and/or residential could be added to existing buildings on purchased properties 2 Reports detailing how many new structures, and their specifications could be added to existing properties 3. Overview of potential changes that could be made to a property we have not thought of, as well as restrictions due to property rights and zoning Requirements: 1. United States Citizenship Required 2. NCARB recognized architecture license. 3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program. Preferences 1. Architect has experience in the D.C. And/or D.C. Metropolitan area 2. Architect is familiar with land use laws and surveying 3. Architect has prior experience with this type of work and can share a some prior work examples
