Create and attractive presentation for bidding on a consulting job

Hello! I have a bid going into a potential client that I would like formatted in an easy to understand and organized presentation. It is a unique project: doing the research and development chef work for. anew brand of gourmet canned seafood. I would like to be able to send it digitally but also have print copies available. All the information is currently in a google sheet- I just don't have time to spend formatting it the language could use a little polishing as well It includes a price quote, deliverables list, timeline, and sample recipe packet. I don't need any flashy graphics- but some design elements to hilight deliverables and a nice clean recipe sheet would be good. just clean and organized and well thought out.
