Seeking CPA for Quick Consolidation Engagement (Due April 30, 12 PM EST)

We are a fractional CFO firm seeking a CPA to consolidate existing financials into a final PDF report for review and submission. This project must be completed by 12 PM EST on April 30. Project Details: You will be working closely with our internal controller, who is available to support you throughout the process. Our financials are already prepared and reviewed internally by our CFO and Controller. This engagement involves consolidating CPA-reviewed financial statements into a final report. No testing of transactions or internal controls is required. We believe the financials already follow GAAP. Any questions or follow-ups regarding management or reporting will be directed to our controller for the quickest response. Your role will be to provide a formal conclusion that you are not aware of any material misstatements. We understand the timeline is short, and we’re fully prepared to support you with all materials needed. This package is part of a required obligation, and we’re committed to making this as smooth as possible.
