Strategic Operations & Delivery Associate Remote (US-Based Preferred) | Full-Time or Contract-to-Hire I’m looking for a sharp, resourceful operator to help run the engine so I can focus on building the next version of it. My company designs and delivers sales training, workshops, and analytics tools for commercial teams — and while I love the strategy and R&D side, I’m spending too much time on execution. That’s where you come in. This is a high-trust role for someone who can take the ball and run, not just ask where the goalposts are. You’ll get input and direction from both me and another leader on the team, so being able to juggle priorities and manage communication across voices is essential. What You’ll Be Doing - Turn outlines and rough drafts into structured workshop decks, worksheets, or analytics summaries - Prep materials and logistics for workshops or client sessions - Build and maintain repeatable workflows (e.g., templates, trackers, SOPs) - Occasionally communicate directly with clients to manage logistics, clarify deliverables, or follow up on timelines - Support and experiment with AI tools and prompting (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate production and ideation - Work with input from multiple stakeholders and prioritize with confidence - Push beyond the “standard corporate L&D” mold — we’re not looking to copy/paste old school formats - Spot opportunities to improve how we do things — and implement them Who You Are - A strategic doer — you see the big picture, solve problems as they come up, and keep things moving - You’re resourceful: when given context and a goal, you can figure out the how without a play-by-play - You ask smart, thoughtful questions — not constant ones - You’re confident interacting with clients when needed, and can represent the brand with polish and warmth - You’ve used — or are open to learning — AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or others - You value clear, professional communication and have strong command of English (written and verbal) - You’re energized by fresh ideas and new approaches to learning, sales, and engagement — not repeating the same formats everyone else uses - You’re confident creating and polishing materials that are client-ready - Tools like Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets are second nature; bonus if you know Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or Power BI - You have experience in sales enablement, learning & development, consulting, or analytics — or you learn fast enough to fake it convincingly What This Is Not - Not a personal assistant role - Not for someone who needs step-by-step directions - Not for someone who’s stuck in “this is how it’s always been done” thinking What Success Looks Like - I spend more time on innovation and high-leverage work - You build smart systems, catch details before I do, and keep everything humming - We deliver polished, forward-thinking work that actually helps people learn and perform — without burning out To apply - A short note (no cover letter) about why this role matches how you work - Examples of work you’ve created, systems you’ve owned, or AI tools you’ve used - Your resume or LinkedIn
