Finance Operations Consultant: Big 4 Management Experience

CRM Implementation & Marketing Optimization: - Implement and optimize CRM systems to supercharge marketing efforts and drive lead generation. - Collaborate with teams to design and execute targeted campaigns using CRM data insights. Business Turnaround & Restructuring: - Develop and execute restructuring plans to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve performance. - Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions across finance, HR, IT, marketing, and operations. Presentation & Business Case Development: - Craft compelling presentations and business cases to secure buy-in from stakeholders. - Present strategies to take over and transform struggling businesses, inspiring confidence and action. Contract Negotiations & Spend Management: - Lead negotiations with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms. - Monitor and optimize spending to achieve cost efficiencies. Project Management & IT Operations: - Organize, prioritize, and execute projects across departments. - Ensure compliance and operational excellence in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Ideal Candidate: - Presentation Mastery: Exceptional ability to create and deliver persuasive business cases to stakeholders. - CRM & Marketing Expertise: Proven experience with CRM implementation to enhance marketing strategies. - Turnaround Expertise: Prior experience with business restructuring or turnaround management is highly preferred. - Versatility: Adept at juggling diverse tasks, from AP/AR to HR, IT, and beyond. - Entrepreneurial Drive: Ambitious self-starter with a hunger to lead and succeed. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Gusto, ADP, and EMR systems. - Problem Solver: Analytical thinker who thrives under pressure and creates impactful solutions. - Collaborative: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
