Finance Operations Consultant: Big 4 Management Experience

CRM Implementation & Marketing Optimization: - Implement and optimize CRM systems to supercharge marketing efforts and drive lead generation. - Collaborate with teams to design and execute targeted campaigns using CRM data insights. Business Turnaround & Restructuring: - Develop and execute restructuring plans to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve performance. - Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions across finance, HR, IT, marketing, and operations. Presentation & Business Case Development: - Craft compelling presentations and business cases to secure buy-in from stakeholders. - Present strategies to take over and transform struggling businesses, inspiring confidence and action. Contract Negotiations & Spend Management: - Lead negotiations with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms. - Monitor and optimize spending to achieve cost efficiencies. Project Management & IT Operations: - Organize, prioritize, and execute projects across departments. - Ensure compliance and operational excellence in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
