Hourly Small Business S-Corp Tax Advisor / Bookkeeper Needed

I'm in search of guidance related to setting up my new S-Corp to assure I'm in compliance with IRS rules and that I'm documenting things properly. I'm looking for someone in the US who is independent...NOT part of an agency. I have an accounting background, but I'm not a tax expert and as this is new, so I'm not 100% sure of what questions to ask. I'm needing some help to get everything set up properly so I can move things forward. I'm NOT looking for a $150/hr senior accountant or who will only push for "here's my annual agreement." I'd like to find a go-to person on a reasonable hourly basis who I can reach out to for either project based work or perhaps to spend 30-60 minutes at a time to get things set up. There may not be a ton of hours, but I'll be a good contract for you and I'm struggling to find the right person. Here are the details of what's needed now. If you have S-corp setup and some bookkeeping experience, AND can provide tax advice, then read on! Here’s the situation: - My S-Corp was officially formed on February 3, 2025. - I only recently got the business bank account set up, so from 2/3/25 through mid-April, all business income was deposited directly into my personal bank account AND all of the pay was direct to me - so I have to account for that properly. - I am now ready to begin using the business account for all revenue and will also be setting up payroll moving forward. I’d like your guidance on how best to account for the payments I received after the incorporation date that were not processed through payroll. AND I need to account for expenses (such as home office expenses, etc) from 2/3 though now. I DO have an Accountable plan created, but I need to know what I should have for me (the employee) to provide to the "company " (also me...I'm a one man show). If you think you can help and not break the bank, let me know. I've already had a false start or two, and I'm looking for a solid partner. Thanks!
