Role Summary: We are seeking a highly strategic and well-connected Web3 Advisor to join our team at QuarryLabs. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the go-to-market strategy, capital formation, and ecosystem expansion of QuarryChain, our Layer 1 blockchain network. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level guidance and insight across our ICO strategy, investor relations, and market positioning — especially as we prepare to raise $5M in Seed Capital and launch our $50M public ICO. You will act as both a thought partner and strategic operator, advising on token dynamics, capital inflows, exchange positioning, and long-term scalability within the Web3 landscape. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, COO, CMO, and Business Development team, offering strategic recommendations, networking support, and potential introductions to investors, influencers, and project partners. The ideal candidate has deep roots in crypto, understands how to structure and scale token-based businesses, and can operate both as an insider and architect of community and capital momentum. Requirements: - Strong network in the Web3/crypto community (investors, devs, influencers, DAOs, etc). - Previous experience advising or launching tokenized Web3 projects or L1/L2 chains. - Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful financial planning / strategies. - Understanding of Tokenomics, DEX launchpads, and ICO/IDO structures. - Clear communication, strategic thinking, and strong leadership presence.
