Business Systems Consultant for Small Service-Based Biz

We’re a fast-growing, women-led service-based business helping other entrepreneurs formalize their businesses through bookkeeping, tax prep, formations, and compliance. We’re experiencing exciting growth — consistently hitting $5K+ weeks — and are now ready to streamline our operations and build scalable systems that can support $30K+ months. We're looking for a rockstar Systems & Operations Consultant who can provide a one-time diagnostic and strategic plan for how we can structure, automate, and streamline our client journey, backend systems, and team operations. Scope of Work: 60–90 min Zoom strategy session to understand our current operations Review of our current systems (we use ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Typeform, Drive, etc.) Map out our client journey (Lead → Booked → Onboarded → Paid → Served → Offboarded → Renewed) Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas to automate Deliver a clear roadmap with action steps our small team can implement Optional: Share SOP templates, onboarding checklists, or automation ideas (if available) We’re Looking For: Experience consulting with online service-based businesses (bonus if in tax, bookkeeping, coaching, or legal space) Knowledge of tools like ClickUp, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Typeform, or similar platforms Clear communicator who can break down complex systems into simple, actionable steps Someone who’s worked with businesses in the $10K–$30K/month range A coach, not a doer — we want to execute, just need your expert framework We’re ready to start immediately and aim to schedule our strategy call within the next 7–10 days.
