Looking for a CPA to Help Catch Up on Taxes + Ongoing Biz Support

Hey there, I’m looking for a kind and reliable CPA to help with a three-phase project. Ideally, I’d love to work with someone on a flat rate for each phase. Phase 1: I need help getting caught up on both my personal and business taxes. The last time I filed was 2021, and those returns likely need to be amended and refiled; along with 2022, 2023, and 2024. I’m ready to get everything cleaned up and squared away. Phase 2: The company mentioned above is part of a few separate businesses, including three partnerships, and we’ll need help filing our 2024 business taxes. I can provide the 2023 tax returns to get you up to speed. Phase 3: One of the companies is going through a merger in 2025, and we’re looking for someone familiar with the tax side of mergers and acquisitions. We already have a great tax attorney, but he doesn’t handle filings; so we’re hoping to bring in a CPA who can help us understand the tax implications and guide us through the process.
