Tax Preparation for personal and business returns

We are a small tax firm with 300 clients. Our outsourcing has not worked well so far and we are ready to try a new outsource. We utilize Lacerte. We have mostly small business and their owners as well as a number of other personal and business returns Our busy times are February, March, April, August, September and October. There are one-off projects that will occur from time to time in the other months of the year. Turnaround time and error-free work product have been our biggest problems with outsourcing.
