Excel real estate waterfall model needed

I have an immediate project in which we already have an existing model. This model needs to be reworked to show general partnership and limited partnership structures. It is relative to an immediate acquisition and we want to show reasonable waterfall structures in the model. The terms of my investor have changed hints why we need this rework of the model.This is immediate and prefer to have an expert to assist us. I do not think it will be a tremendous amount of work. Our existing analyst had an emergency in his family and is no longer available.
