Dynamic Pricing Model

We are a home builder. I have pricing data on numerous projects. I want to build a dynamic pricing tool where I can plug in square footage, # of stories, tier level, etc and the tool gives me an estimated total cost and price per sq ft price based off the historical data. Plus ecveyrtime we get another bid I want to include it so the model is living and improves with more data
