Attorney to Review Pre-Drafted Business Documents and Provide Legal Advice
Hello, I am looking for an experienced attorney to review agreements, letters, policies, and other business-related documents that have already been drafted. Your role will be to: + Review the drafted documents for legal accuracy and completeness + Suggest edits or revisions if necessary + Provide legal advice relevant to the document's purpose + Ensure compliance with applicable laws The documents are usually well-structured and clear, so the work required is typically minimal. I simply want a professional legal review to ensure everything is sound before using them in my business operations. Ideal Candidate: * Licensed U.S. attorney (New Jersey preferred but not required) * Experience with small business legal documents (e.g., service agreements, referral letters, employment offers, policy statements) * Quick turnaround time * Ability to clearly explain any legal issues found Scope: This is an ongoing project. I frequently draft documents and will need regular legal review—typically short, 1- to 2-page documents. I’m looking to build a long-term working relationship.
