Asana Template Setup and Guidance for Small Team
Our small team of social impact consultants is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Asana consultant to assist with implementing the scope of work listed below: Set up our team workspace and creating easy-to-use project templates Build and organize project boards for our current projects, including task lists and subtasks with clear dependencies Establish task and workflow automations Arrange access and visibility settings to share relevant project components with clients Customize the visual layout of our Asana workspace to reflect brand colors and have an organized, attractive appearance Provide a brief training and onboarding for team members Create user friendly instruction guides that can be used for future reference Offer ongoing support to assist with troubleshooting issues or providing guidance Integrate Google Workspace and Microsoft Office We typically implement 6-10 client projects concurrently as well as a couple of internal projects. Our projects involve detailed planning, multi-step phases, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Our primary team that will be using Asana consists of 4 primary users plus a few clients we will invite to collaborate with us on their projects. We offer strategic planning, board development, facilitation, and organizational development services.
