Book Keeper QBO

Audit existing data to ensure no mistakes are present. Prepare all reports such as P/L, blance sheet etc weekly, monthly, etc Regular transaction tracking and auditing accounts receivable on external client software. Review and send invoices daily and route to the appropriate chart of accounts, Categorize all expenses daily/weekly. We have already created all of the chart of accounts and we are up to date. You'll be working directly with the owner of the company that is well versed in bookkeeping and accounting. This is an easy position that we can combine monthly payment with side projects as well. This is not a beginner level position, you must know US tax code basics and be well versed in QBO and accounting. Please reach out with your hourly rate and proposed monthly fee.
