CPA Needed: Small Business 2024 Filing and Software Migration

Hi, I am looking for a CPA to help me reconcile past ledgers for 2024 filing. We are a small team of consultants that help US businesses build custom offshore teams in contract, part time and full time job capacities. We mostly specialize in Latin American talents. This is our current website: www.offloadcompany.com The entity was first opened in 2021, and since then has laid mostly dormant due to side occupations. In that time, we've sunk around ~$10k into various startup expenses for the company (website development stuff, mostly). Last year (2024) was the first year that we pulled in some revenue ($5,000-10,000) with a good profit margin. All of our expenses since 2021 have been neatly tabulated in a Google Sheet with linked receipts. The Project We need an experienced bookkeeper/accountant who can: 1. Review our current financial tracking (Google Sheet ledger with linked receipts) 2. Prepare and file our business tax returns before the upcoming deadline 3. Advise on proper expense categorization and reimbursement procedures Bonus points will be given to applicants who can help us migrate our accounting to a low-cost/free platform (Wave, ZipBooks, Akaunting, etc.) Requirements 1. Experience with small business accounting and tax filing for LLCs 2. Knowledge of Wyoming LLC tax requirements 3. Familiarity with startup expense tracking and categorization 4. Available to complete the project before the tax filing deadline Project Scope This is initially a one-time project with potential for ongoing quarterly support. All financial documentation is already organized and accessible. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently with the existing information while providing guidance on best practices. If you have experience helping small businesses set up their accounting systems and navigate their first tax filing, we'd love to hear from you.
