Instructional Designer for Online Fundraising Course
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to help revamp and enhance our online fundraising training program. The course is currently hosted on Thinkific. The ideal candidate will have experience with course development, instructional design best practices, and e-learning tools. They will collaborate with our team to create engaging, interactive learning experiences while ensuring smooth LMS integration. Project Overview & Scope: LMS Platform: Thinkific Authoring Tool: Thinkific or Articulate 360 Modules: 6 total (to be released on a drip schedule) Timeline: 3-4 month project, rolling module releases Responsibilities: ✅ Consult on Instructional Design Strategy: Provide guidance on course structure, pacing, and interactivity. ✅ Redesign Course Modules: Enhance existing course content with interactive lessons, quizzes, and assignments. ✅ Convert Existing Materials: Use Thinkific or Articulate 360 to develop and enhance up to 15 elements per module (e.g., content pages, assignments, quizzes, discussion forums). ✅ Ensure Branding Consistency: Incorporate logos, fonts, color schemes, and themes provided by our firm. ✅ Upload Course Assets: Embed videos, images, and documents provided by our team. ✅ LMS Integration: Ensure seamless Thinkific integration and functionality testing. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: ✔ Experience with Articulate 360 & Thinkific (or similar LMS platforms). ✔ Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. ✔ Ability to create engaging, interactive e-learning experiences. ✔ Proficiency in multimedia integration (videos, PDFs, quizzes, assignments). ✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
