Zoho Projects Automation Coding and Best Practices
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Projects Consultant to help our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our project management processes by implementing and automating various components within Zoho Projects. The consultant will work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the project management system. High Level Deliverables: • Managing Notification Preferences: Customize and manage notification settings to ensure timely and relevant updates for all team members. • Project Archiving Status Prompt: Implement a prompt to identify the status of a project when it is archived but not 100% complete. • Automatic Project Archiving: Set up automation to archive projects automatically once they are 100% complete. • Project Status Updates: Configure the system to automatically update project status from active to in progress once there is a percentage of progress made on the project. • Data Loading Automation: Ensure that project-level data is automatically loaded to the task level for better tracking and management. • Phase Completion Automation: Automate the phase completion process to mark a phase as complete when all tasks within the phase are done. Qualifications: • Proven experience with Zoho Projects and its various modules. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. • Experience with other Zoho Project and Deluge • Can advise the best practices in Zoho Projects. • Knowledge of automation tools and techniques.
