Workday Procurement Module Diagnostic & Plan (P2P for financial services firm)

Project Objectives Consulting firm for a financial services firm client is looking for consultant to assist with Workday P2P (Procure2Pay) system. Client installed Workday Procurement 7 years ago. At time of implementation, only a few expense categories such as "Technology" were activated. Now, client is targeting the activation of all the categories so all expenses may be processed through the same system. Scope of work --Complete a rapid diagnostic of the system as it stands today and advise on how to best go forward --Design and execute a concrete plan that enables client to fully leverage the system for all expenses --Train and enable the transition to a full P2P enabled management of all expenses. Ideally we find someone who can be onsite with us in NYC. Project Objective Key Experience Required • Deep understanding of and experience with Workday, specifically with its procurement modules • Procure to Pay Experience: Strong background in procurement processes / knowledge • Financial services industry experience (Preferred)
