Legal Professional Needed for Drafting Verified Third Amended Complaint

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to draft a Verified Third Amended Complaint. I have attached the Second Amended Complaint along with a separate complaint (Statement of Facts and Causes of Action) that needs to be added into the Third Amended Complaint. The Third Amended Complaint will need to have "redlines or other delineations showing the proposed additions and deletions, in compliance with Local Rule 15-1(b)." The Second Amended Complaint just has some portions that need to be typed, while adding any missing Statement of Facts from the new complaint, along with all of its causes of action.
