Real Estate Capital Raising Specialist Needed to Find Private Investors for House Flips
We are an established residential real estate flipping company based in the U.S., looking to hire an experienced fundraising specialist to help us secure private capital from novice private money lenders, such as doctors or other professionals seeking passive real estate investments. Responsibilities: **WE ALREADY HAVE A TOP TIER PITCH DECK CREATED*** Identify and engage potential novice private investors (e.g., professionals new to real estate investing) Clearly communicate our investment opportunity: passive investing with deferred payments (no upfront points; payment after flip sells) Assist in creating or refining pitch decks and investor presentations (as needed) Develop outreach strategies using your own networks, LinkedIn, and targeted professional groups Qualifications: Proven track record raising capital from private individuals Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Understanding of residential real estate flipping and basic financing structures Experience introducing novice investors to passive real estate investing is highly desirable We're open to both project-based and ongoing collaboration for the right candidate.
