Seeking BuilderTrend Expert for New Pool Building Business – Setup, Training & SOP Development

We are a new swimming pool building company looking for a BuilderTrend expert to help us set up and optimize the platform to streamline our operations. In addition to setting up BuilderTrend, we need clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in our processes to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. We currently have the Advanced Boost subscription to BuilderTrend. Scope of Work: Initial Consultation: - Assess our business needs and recommend the best BuilderTrend setup. Account Setup & Customization: - Assess our current account setup and make recommendations/changes for maximum efficiency. SOP Development: - Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key BuilderTrend processes. - Ensure SOPs cover best practices for CRM usage, prospecting, proposals, client contracts, subcontractor contracts, scheduling, project tracking, client updates, invoicing, deposits, payments, change orders, creating reports, etc. - Provide easy-to-follow documentation for our team. Best Practices & Training: - Train our team on BuilderTrend functionalities and workflow integration. - Offer guidance on job tracking, subcontractor management, and reporting. - Ongoing Support (Optional): Provide follow-up support to ensure smooth adoption of the system. Ideal Freelancer: - Proven experience setting up BuilderTrend for construction or pool-building businesses. - Strong knowledge of best practices for project management in the pool-building industry. -Experience in creating SOPs for operational efficiency. - Ability to provide step-by-step training for our team. - Excellent communication skills and availability for virtual meetings.
