Dental Practice Valuation Analyst (Part-Time / Ongoing Projects)
We’re a growing dental practice transitions firm focused on the Midwest market (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa). We’re looking for a financially skilled professional to assist with dental practice valuations on a per-project basis. You don’t need to be a dentist — but you do need to understand financial statements, small business valuation basics, and be comfortable working with P&Ls, AR reports, and tax returns. We will provide: ✅ A valuation model and training on our approach ✅ Consistent project flow (1-2 projects per month to start) ✅ Clean data packages from sellers ✅ Clear deadlines and support Your role: * Review dental practice financials (3 years of P&Ls, AR aging, payor mix, overhead) * Apply valuation multiples based on risk profile and market comps * Prepare a professional, easy-to-read valuation summary report * Deliver within 10-15 business days Ideal Skills / Background: * Business valuation experience (healthcare, dental, or professional services preferred) * CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent financial analysis background. * Experience reviewing financials for lending, SBA, or acquisitions is a plus. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently Bonus: Experience with dental or healthcare businesses Ongoing Needs: 10-15 projects annually, scaling up as our deal flow grows.
