Business Analyst & Presentation Specialist with Consulting Background

I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a consulting background who is highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. The ideal candidate will support me in creating, updating, and maintaining professional business presentations using my organization’s approved templates. Key Responsibilities: • PowerPoint Presentation Development: Transform bullet points and outlines into visually engaging, executive-level presentations. • Data Visualization & Analysis: Use Excel to create supporting graphs, charts, and illustrations for presentations. • Process Mapping & Diagrams: Utilize Visio to develop and refine process flows and business function diagrams. • Content Organization & Formatting: Ensure presentations are structured logically, formatted professionally, and aligned with business objectives. • Collaboration & Revision: Work iteratively based on feedback to refine and enhance deliverables. Ideal Candidate: • Consulting Background: Experience in a management consulting, business analysis, or strategy role. • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel (charts, pivot tables, basic modeling), and Visio. • Business Acumen: Understanding of core business functions such as operations, finance, and strategy. • Detail-Oriented: Ability to deliver polished presentations with accurate data and clean visuals. • Strong Communicator: Ability to interpret complex business ideas and translate them into clear, compelling presentations. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in a corporate strategy, consulting, or business analysis role. • Familiarity with best practices for executive-level PowerPoint presentations. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
