Fractional CFO for AI Healthtech Startup

Key Responsibilities • Financial Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with our business goals. • Financial Projections: Prepare comprehensive financial projections, including revenue models, expense forecasts, and cash flow projections. • Fundraising Support: Participate in fundraising pitches, assist with investor relations, and help prepare due diligence materials to support equity rounds. • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure long-term financial stability.
