Engineering Consultant for Commercial Drive Project
We are looking to hire an engineer or engineering firm to assist with the design and installation of a commercial drive. The project will require a trip generation analysis based on the ITE Trip Generation Manual. Additionally, per SHAMM guidelines, a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) may be necessary depending on the projected vehicle trips to and from the site. The ideal consultant will have experience in commercial site development, traffic studies, and permitting requirements. If you have a very busy or tight schedule, this may not be the best fit, as timely collaboration is essential.
