Freelance Photographer for Headshot Photography in Phoenix – May 20 or 21
Description: We’re looking for a skilled freelance photographer to assist with a headshot session during a professional conference in Phoenix, AZ on either May 20 or May 21, 2025. You'll work under the direction of our lead photographer and creative director. This is a short, focused shoot capturing fewer than 100 headshots of attendees. You’ll need to bring your own equipment, including lighting and a gray backdrop. Editing is not required — we will handle post-production. Project Details: - Location: Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, AZ - Date: May 20 or 21, 2025 (final date to be confirmed shortly) - Duration: 6-8 hrs - Number of headshots: Under 100 - Backdrop: Medium to dark gray (you must provide) - Editing: Not required Compensation: Flat rate based on experience and gear provided Requirements: - Based in or near Phoenix - Experience with professional headshot photography - Must bring your own equipment: -- Camera and backup body -- Studio-style lighting setup -- Medium to dark gray backdrop with stand - Able to follow direction and work with a small team - Professional and personable on-site Nice to Have: - Event photography experience To Apply: Share 1–2 recent headshot samples - Include your gear list - Confirm your availability for May 20 or 21 - Share your flat rate for the project We are hiring immediately, so please reach out as soon as possible if this fits your availability and skillset!
